Had car towed from NN and diagnosis said that spark plugs, oil change needed to be completed. Well almost $1k later. Drove car next day- would not start. Towed again- now told fuel pump that will be over $400 on top of twice for towing charges. They no longer give nurses discounts and not the same great customer service. There is this one worker that was very rude to me, acting like I did not know much about my vehicle. He was just constantly on his phone, complains about the type of work he is doing, and was just being unprofessional. I believe his name is Kage. I would normally rate higher but this time, with Kage, I am rating this experience low until something is done about him. Very rude staff and would not honor sale price for oil change that was listed online. Tried to tell me there was $11 of taxes. Never going back there. Talked to staff in the other Dellinger's office next door but they did not help at all. I tried calling customer service but only get to leave a message.
